Wingspan Music was founded by Aaron Kayce to help the artists and venues he and his team work with to spread their wings and reach their potential. Aaron has worked in the music business for over 25 years and has always had a deep passion for live music. As a seasoned Talent Buyer, venue General Manager, Band Manager, Booking Agent and Business Consultant there isn't much he hasn't done in the music industry. Aaron believes that music is a powerful force that can change lives. Currently he books hundreds of concerts a year across the country and internationally, helps build sustainable business models for live music venues, and consults with some of the most innovative teams on the planet. Prior to the Covid pandemic Aaron held a job with Live Nation as General Manager of The Fillmore in Silver Spring, MD, where he helped bring over 200 concerts a year to the people of his community and managed a business with over $8M in revenue. Prior to his work with Live Nation, Aaron was the General Manager & Talent Buyer at Bob Weir's Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, CA where he booked 300 concerts a year and rebuilt the brand and business from the ground up. Before running and booking venues Aaron spent time on the road with a number of bands and was a journalist for over a decade with credits ranging from SPIN to Relix and he was the first editor and fourth employee at JamBase.com.
